293 has gone through a complete transformation, lovingly extended and renovated.  The neighbours have been most welcoming, as has the neighbourhood. I have received both written and verbal comments on how beautiful the transformation has been. 

Unfortunately, given the time it took to renovate my boy’s lives have changed considerable and they have moved on with their lives and wish to live independently.  Therefore, I decided to sell. 

In my opinion this is a property that needs to be seen in person to appreciate its size, beauty and uniqueness.  I believe it will make someone a fantastic home.
